Acceptance of Terms

This Terms and Conditions document ("Agreement") is a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and myr33 ("Platform", "We"). This Agreement takes effect as soon as you complete the registration process or access any part of the myr33 platform.

By continuing to use the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all terms stated here, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are considered part of this document.

myr33 operates under international licensing and complies with the relevant licensing requirements relating to online gaming operations.

Eligibility and Registration

To register and use the myr33 platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 21 years old at the date of registration.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
• Not be subject to any legal prohibition from participating in gambling activities.
• Not be registering on behalf of a third party or acting as an agent.
• Provide true, accurate and complete personal information during registration.

myr33 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time, including a copy of your identity card (MyKad) or passport, proof of address and other relevant documents. Failure to submit the requested documents within the specified period may result in account suspension.

Each person is only allowed one active account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are prohibited and all related accounts may be suspended without prior warning.

User Account

You are fully responsible for the security and confidentiality of your account login information, including your username and password. myr33 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account.

Member Responsibilities

• Keep your password secure and do not share it with anyone.
• Notify myr33 immediately if there is any unauthorised access to your account.
• Ensure that your personal information in the account is always up to date and accurate.
• Do not transfer or sell your account to another party.

Account Verification

myr33 reserves the right to freeze any withdrawals pending completion of the identity verification process. This is a standard security measure to protect all members from fraudulent activity.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Payment Methods

myr33 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH.

Deposit and Withdrawal Limits

• Minimum deposit: RM20 per payment method.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per transaction.
• Withdrawal processing time is typically between 5 and 30 minutes.

Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed once the wagering requirements associated with any active bonus have been fully met. Funds deposited without any active bonus may be withdrawn at any time subject to the minimum limit set.

myr33 reserves the right to delay or reject withdrawal requests suspected of being linked to fraudulent activity or a breach of terms. In such cases, an internal investigation will be conducted before any decision is made.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

Welcome Bonus

myr33 offers a welcome bonus of 200% of your first deposit amount, up to a maximum of RM300. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus amount granted before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

Wagering requirement calculation examples:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM200 → Balance RM300 → Wagering requirement: RM200 × 25 = RM5,000 must be wagered before withdrawal is allowed.
• Deposit RM400 → Bonus RM300 → Balance RM700 → Wagering requirement: RM300 × 25 = RM7,500 must be wagered before withdrawal is allowed.

VIP Programme

Active members are eligible for the myr33 VIP programme, which consists of three tiers with weekly cashback benefits:

• 🥉 Bronze — weekly cashback of up to 0.3%
• 🥈 Silver — weekly cashback of up to 0.7%
• 🥇 Gold — weekly cashback of up to 1.0%

Progression to a higher tier depends on the member's activity level and loyalty. myr33 reserves the right to modify the structure and benefits of the VIP programme with prior notice.

General Promotion Conditions

• Each promotion may only be claimed once unless stated otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash.
• myr33 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus if there are signs of abuse.
• Bonus terms may change at any time. The latest version is always available on the platform.

Game Rules

myr33 offers a range of game categories including online slots, live casino, sports betting, crash games and online roulette. Each game category has specific rules that all members must follow.

The outcome of all games is determined by a certified random number generator (RNG) or through a live broadcast system from a licensed casino studio. Results recorded by the system are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure.

Technical Failure

In the event of a technical failure on the server, software or network during an active game session, myr33 reserves the right to void the round in question and return the wager to the member's account. No further claims will be considered in relation to technical faults or disruptions.

Sports Betting

For sports betting, all odds are subject to change until the bet is confirmed. myr33 reserves the right to reject, limit or cancel any bet suspected to be linked to insider information or match manipulation.

Member Conduct

All myr33 members are required to act honestly, ethically and in compliance with all platform rules. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Use of bot software, robots, automated scripts or any unauthorised method to access or play on the platform.
• Attempts to exploit bugs, system vulnerabilities or pricing errors in games.
• Collusion between multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering or use of funds from unlawful sources.
• Bonus abuse through techniques designed solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk.
• Any form of threats, harassment or offensive language directed at support staff or other members.

myr33 uses advanced detection tools to identify suspicious activity. Violation of any of the above rules may result in action as stated in Section 8.

Account Suspension and Termination

Grounds for Suspension

• Violation of any terms and conditions stated in this document.
• Failed identity verification or false information provided during registration.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or attempted money laundering.
• Request by a relevant authority or law enforcement agency.
• Member's own request for self-exclusion on responsible gambling grounds.

Consequences of Termination

When an account is terminated due to a breach of terms, any balance resulting from activity that violated the terms may be forfeited. For cases involving termination at the member's own request or for other reasons not involving a breach, the valid balance will be returned after the investigation is completed.

Disclaimer of Liability

The myr33 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to keep the platform running smoothly, myr33 does not guarantee that:

• The platform will always be free from technical errors or service disruptions.
• All games will be available at all times.
• Data or information transmitted over the internet will be fully secure from third parties.

myr33 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of funds due to internet disruptions or user device failure.

Gambling carries real financial risk. Members are reminded to gamble responsibly and within their financial means. Past winnings do not guarantee future winnings.

Amendments to Terms and Conditions

myr33 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time at our discretion. Material amendments will be communicated to members via:

• A notice on the platform's main page.
• Email to the address registered in your account.
• A notice within the member account upon login.

Continued use of the platform after amendments take effect will be considered acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree with the amendments, you have the right to close your account by contacting our support team.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This agreement is governed by the laws applicable to myr33's international licensing. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this agreement shall be resolved through:

• Direct consultation between the member and the myr33 support team as a first step.
• myr33's internal appeals process if the initial consultation does not reach a resolution.
• Independent arbitration under the jurisdiction of the relevant licensing body if necessary.

All dispute-related communications must be made in writing through myr33's official support channels.
